WE ARRIVED IN BARCELONA, SPAIN!

Sadly, we exited our ship (the week onboard just flew by!) and waited for our host’s driver to pick us up at the port!

We were promptly delivered to our cute Airbnb, where the owner greeted us (with his two English speaking granddaughters) and gave us the grand tour.  Patte and I unpacked while the boys set off to do laundry!  (We’ve trained them well!)

Patte (who, unfortunately, caught John’s cold) and John purchased some drugs from the local pharmacy and took a well needed nap.  Luckily, it was oh so cozy in our Airbnb!!!  

After said drugs started to work their magic, we ventured out to “the best tapas around” neighborhood restaurant and devoured our first delicious dinner in Barcelona!

(And drank some August Damm brewskies!)

When we got back, I had received some pics from back home in Indiana!  Made my heart HAPPY!
