PALMA DE MALLORCA, SPAIN!

The REALLY GOOD NEWS  — John was feeling MUCH better and ready to take on Mallorca!

We signed up for the 6.5 hour island tour -- an hour with an adorable Spanish guide and the rest on the Hop On Hop Off bus.

We learned that Mallorca gets about 300 days a year of sunshine.  Although it looked like a storm was brewing, we got really lucky with the weather!

When we saw a Hard Rock Cafe, we jumped off the bus and each of us had a brewski in hand within seconds!  And we watched it get darker and darker outside!

Yes, John got yet another HRC shirt! (Note the Happy Camper!)  And we made it back to the boat before a torrential rain storm began!

We enjoyed our very last dinner on the Explorer of the Seas.  Our wait staff was wonderful—Allan from the Philippines and Philippine from Madagascar!

Our last evening of music on board was fabulous!

The final show was different, but really cool and totally redefined the words “shadow puppets”!

John and I stayed for the finale of the karaoke competition!  We heard each of the finalist’s sing but then headed back to our room to pack!

The entire ship was booming with that last night excitement, the Promenade was bustling, and our bed felt oh so good!
