A DAY IN PARIS!

Oh man, did we sleep good last night!  Whew, we certainly made up for the night lost on the airplane!  We were recharged and ready to take on Paris!  First stop of the day was a restaurant to have breakfast!  We found the perfect spot!

Once we were finished, we boarded The Big Red Bus for a tour of the city!  It was raining, so sitting on a dry bus was a great way to see the sights!

 

It was the PERFECT way to view these iconic buildings and streets of Paris!

We stopped for lunch—a great big American hamburger and fries for Mike, and six snails for John!  Sounds about right!

We enjoyed walking along the Champs Elysees, and man, was it packed with people!

We chose a wonderful place for dinner and shared the best French Onion soup on the planet for our appetizer!  It will be a staple for all of us when in France!  OMG, soooo good!

After dinner we Ubered to the Cathedral of Mary Madeline to watch a string quartet and a vocalist perform.  The group was AMAZING and the setting made it memorable!  (Chalk that off my bucket list!)
